AS2A Law Firm also sets up contractual drafts for his Clients (company’s articles of association, commercial lease, computer creation…), and delivers audits (notably for real estate operations).

AS2A Law Firm also helps his Clients wishing to initiate a judicial Claim, or having to defend before a Court. Our Firm is used to assist his Clients before civil, criminal, commercial, labour and administrative Courts.


SECURITY OF A PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Thanks to its experience and expertise in various fields of activity, AS2A Law Firm is particularly attached to provide all his Clients with maximum reactivity, which is possible due to the Firm’s human size: as of the first contact (by phone, fax, email or mail), an appointment is rapidly agreed. During this first appointment, a schedule will be proposed and integrally respected.

AS2A Law Firm considers that the trust link which binds an Attorney and his Client is crucial. No deed or petition will be registered or delivered without the Client’s express approval. Furthermore, the fee structure is always discussed and convinced during the first appointment: the Client is invited to choose between all structures proposed by the Firm; a fee agreement may also be contracted.

AS2A Law Firm works in due respect with Attorneys’ professional rules and ethics (notably respect of professional confidentiality…).

Finally, beside these traditional activities, AS2A Law Firm hosts a Continuing Education Department. AS2A thus works in synergy with numerous legal and accounting corporations, and also with various commercial companies. AS2A provides with general knowledge updating, or improvement of specific topics.
